Stock We only use Sterling Silver for our findings and fasteners, unless otherwise stated. Should you require ear clips, please contact us as these are available on request. All my designs can be made in a variety of colours, see Colour Chart, should you not see the colour you require please do not hesitate to contact me as I do stock more colours than I am able to show on the Colour Chart.
Overseas enquiries: We would be happy to receive overseas customers. Please "contact us" prior to placing an order, we will respond by return email. We will HOLD your item and advise of any postal costs applicable (we will keep these charges to "cost" only) to you prior to proceeding to payment. When ordering from outside the UK you can only pay with Paypal. Paypal automatically converts your currency into sterling, making ordering from outside the UK easy.
Vintage All of my pieces are “One of a Kind”, unless otherwise stated. I source my Vintage beads from antique shops and markets, I then clean the beads and either re-string to their original design (See Second Bloom) or create an entirely unique piece of jewellery. Due to their age these beads may show slight signs of wear, this does not distract from their beauty.
Ordering: UNDER CONSTRUCTION...............You can order via our Shopping Cart using PAYPAL. Should you wish to pay by CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER or require a particular colour, length of chain, ear clips etc., then please go to our "Colour Chart and Order Form" complete all your details together with the Item Name. We will then contact you to ensure all details are correct, and HOLD the item. Once order details are confirmed and payment received we will despatch your order. If payment by PAYPAL we will ask you to go straight to the Shopping Cart. If you need your order urgently then please contact us and we will do our utmost to despatch your order to you sooner. Combined shipping is also available only if payment is sent for all items in one transaction, please contact us prior to proceeding to PAYPAL, depending on the total price, we may be able to offer a discount.
Payment: UNDER CONSTRUCTION...............We can accept payment via: PAYPAL – follow the “BUY IT NOW” button CHEQUES - made payable to Jewels by Jenny - address for payment will be sent with your confirmation email. POSTAL ORDER - address for payment will be sent with your confirmation email.
Returns/Cancellations: Our customers are our priority we will do everything to make sure your order is perfect, should you be unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Return postage will not be refunded.
Packaging: All items will be well packaged and where appropriate will come either in a silk pouch, box or tissue and within a jiffy bag. We have also designed our own Gift Tags for our Vintage Creations and Fairy Princess ranges.
Postage: UNDER CONSTRUCTION........ All items, unless otherwise requested, will be sent via Royal Mail First Class upon receipt of payment. Please contact us should you require Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded and we will advise of any additional costs.
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. We will never pass on your personal information to any other parties. All information received from you will be used to process your order and for no other reason.
Disclaimer: All of our products contain small parts and therefore are a potential choking hazard if misused in any way. Please ensure children are supervised when wearing any of our products. We accept no responsibility for injury caused by misuse of any of our products.
